Equipment suited to the work
We consider the surface, property layout and operating environment before matching the equipment and method to the job.
Florida Maintenance began at the PortMiami Tunnel in 2014. Today, we work with facility managers, property managers and government agencies across four core services and a range of commercial and public properties.
The tunnel's architectural panels needed a touchless cleaning approach rather than a conventional mechanical scrubber.
Florida Maintenance was established in 2014 to take on that work. Its young company owner taught himself the skills needed to build the first prototype.
The original contract was later extended, and the founder continued refining the trucks over the years. The first spray tower gradually developed into a system with a hydraulic boom arm and attachments for tunnel panels, highway barrier walls, sound walls and other infrastructure surfaces. Continued equipment development and fabrication are now handled through InfraWash, an affiliated company under common ownership.
We've cleaned the PortMiami Tunnel since it opened. Our work now also includes highway corridors, arena and stadium exteriors, parking garages and other commercial properties across South Florida.
Tunnel-cleaning equipment and a crew pressure cleaning a South Florida parking garage.
Our seasoned crew works with equipment configured for the conditions on site. InfraWash, an affiliated company under common ownership, develops, fabricates and modifies tunnel trucks, sweepers and scrubbers at a 10,000-square-foot equipment facility. Florida Maintenance operates that purpose-built equipment in the field.

Programs are planned around each property's needs and operating hours, balancing routine service with deeper periodic cleaning.
Our crew brings practical field experience to active garages, commercial properties and public infrastructure throughout South Florida.
The goal is a practical maintenance program with the right service, equipment and frequency for the property.
Florida Maintenance provides pressure cleaning, power sweeping, power scrubbing and soft washing. The services and frequency used depend on the site.
A typical garage program pairs monthly power sweeping for routine cleaning with quarterly pressure cleaning for a deeper clean. The schedule is adjusted to each property.
We also serve parking lots, warehouses, stadiums and arenas, highway walls, tunnels and other commercial and public properties.
